Matters obtains usage statistics from visitors to our web sites. This data is used

information when signing up to use certain Distance Matters services, such
as message boards, chat, or other options. In some cases,

create a customized user experience, however these fields are usually optional.
Occasionally Distance Matters, Inc. may seek contact with individual users regarding promotional offers or updates. Such communications will only be delivered to users that have previously expressed or implied approval for such contact. In short, "spamming" is against our corporate approach and philosophy.
Distance Matters does reserve the right to access and disclose individual information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests.
