An auto responder is a special email account that sends back text files to whom ever sends email
to your account. A typical use for an auto responder is for sending company information, price
lists or to answer frequently asked questions automatically.
Auto responders are used much in the same way as a recorded message is used on a telephone's recording machine.
They run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; they don't take lunch or coffee breaks; and they always answer immediately.
